We have to continually be jumping off cliffs and developing our wings on the way down.
Yes, do it!
I’m always up for a challenge.
I didn’t know anything about coding and programming 5 years ago, but I picked it up so that I can build Pikaland and many other projects since. I’ve found…

Wowza! Artist Chan Hwee Chong does amazing work!
I have been thinking about this project for awhile now, and I thought that by this time of the year, I would at least be at 50 dolls… Well, things don’t always go as planned.
The ideas for the dolls didn’t seem to be flowing as much as I had hoped. I love making these kokeshi dolls and I wanted to make the project fun, so I decided to switch it up a bit. As you know, I am a doodle addict and I decided to combine my love for drawing and the dolls (as opposed to the previous vector illustrations).
As a result, we now have the “Kokeshi Project 2.0”! I am a drawing machine… I have so many kokeshi dolls that are waiting to make an appearance! Can’t wait to share them with you! I hope you enjoy!

You know my love for Kokeshi dolls, and so I decided to make a Kokeshi doll themed calendar for 2012. I hope you enjoy!
